A Life Guided by Purpose

“She has chosen to live fully into her purpose, using the gifts she was created with to encourage women everywhere to reclaim their dreams, rewrite the rules of aging, and discover that their most meaningful chapter may still lie ahead. Michele believes there is something sacred about the unique contribution each of us is called to make, and the extraordinary way in which we are designed to fulfill it.”

Her life journey has taken her from Wall Street to international runways, from nonprofit leadership to public speaking, and from early life in Istanbul to Bali, West Africa, and the sacred cities high in the Himalayas of India. Her love of art, culture, world travel, and the human spirit has shaped a worldview that celebrates both our differences and our shared humanity.

Following a long battle with cancer, Michele fulfilled a lifelong dream by living and studying in Florence, an experience that deepened her appreciation for beauty, resilience, and the richness of life.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature, a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution, and is a Certified Life Coach through Mary Morrissey’s Life Mastery Institute.

She has served on the boards of U.S. and international nonprofit organizations and has spoken on topics including domestic violence, forgiveness, hope, and personal transformation.

I dream of The Golden Tent becoming a global gathering place for women in their Encore Years.

I envision women coming together across cultures, ethnicities, countries, and traditions, bringing

different perspectives that make our conversations richer. Here, we can speak honestly about our

hopes, challenges, dreams, and the experience of growing older in very different corners of the world.

Through my coaching, books, courses, speaking, and the community that grows around The Golden Tent

I want women to remember something the world too often overlooks,

Beyond the Bio

Away from my work, I am happiest surrounded by the people I love, discovering another corner of the world,
lingering over a wonderful meal, listening to music, or finding beauty in places both familiar and far from home.
Travel has been one of the great teachers of my life. Living and spending time in other cultures
has deepened my curiosity about people, expanded the way I see the world,
and taught me how much we can learn when weare willing to step beyond what is familiar.

I treasure friendship, family, beauty, laughter, meaningful conversation, and those unexpected moments
that remind us how extraordinary an ordinary day can be. I am still curious.
Still learning. Still dreaming. And very interested in what comes next.

Michele

Michele is the proud mother of three exceptional
and accomplished adult children,
and grandmother of two remarkable grandchildren. They remind her every day
of the importance of helping people recognize their worth, trust their purpose,
and pursue the dreams that call to them throughout every season of life.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michele has lived throughout the United States
and is also a citizen of Ghana, a country whose warmth, joy,
and generosity continue to inspire her.

Today, through The Golden Tent, Michele invites women around the world
to rediscover their gifts, reclaim their dreams, and step boldly into the
extraordinary possibilities that still await them.
